If mounting or anchoring hardware is included, it should be installed according to the instructions and suitable for the wall type.
Keep children away from unsecured items. Do not allow children to climb, hang, or play on or near displayed products. Do not place heavy objects on products unless the product is designed for that purpose.
4. Children and Household Safety
Customers should keep small parts, hardware, packaging materials, plastic bags, and tools away from children and pets. Packaging materials should be disposed of safely after unpacking.
5. Product Care
Follow all care instructions provided with the product. Avoid exposure to excessive moisture, direct heat, strong sunlight, harsh cleaning chemicals, or improper cleaning methods unless the product is designed for such conditions.
Handcrafted materials such as ceramics, glass, wood, textiles, and natural finishes may require gentle cleaning and particular care.
6. Product Recalls and Safety Notices
If we become aware of a product recall, safety notice, or corrective action affecting a product sold by us, we may contact affected customers using the contact information provided at purchase.
We may also provide instructions regarding repair, replacement, refund, disposal, or other corrective action.
7. Reporting Safety Concerns

Please include your order number, product name, description of the safety concern, photos or videos, and product labels, batch numbers, or identifying information if available.
